Outcomes
An interdisciplinary, analytics-based approach uses data collected from industry failures and incidents, combined with financial analysis, to identify skill gaps and root causes and then design a targeted, high-quality training program. By documenting the data sources, analytical methods, and decision criteria, this approach becomes replicable and allows other organisations to develop effective educational programs based on their own failure and cost data.
