RECRUITMENt sub-cluster

OVERVIEW

Recruitment and retention of talent presents various challenges for projects delivering Advanced Digital Skills. These can be complex and interlinked with other major topics; from designing content that is relevant for both industry and learners, to pursuing accreditation, to developing effective branding and marketing campaigns, recruitment considerations lie within all decisions made in the context of setting up a new programme or course.

The Recruitment sub-cluster will help participating projects address issues, including but not limited to:

  • Reaching a wide range of students and offering them the tools to excel in the digital sector.
  • Attracting learners from underrepresented groups, such as women and minorities.
  • Attracting top talents from outside of Europe.
  • Ensuring engagement and continuation when providing modular learning paths.
