VIC - Virtual Innovation Consortium
The Virtual Innovation Consortium (VIC) project addresses the critical shortage of advanced digital skills in Europe, focusing on immersive technologies such as Augmented and Virtual Reality (XR).
This initiative brings together a consortium of 11 partners, among educational institutions, industry partners, and research organisations to develop a comprehensive educational ecosystem, including a 120 ECTS Master’s Programme, an advanced training programme, and annual Summer Schools.
Ai-SECRETT
This project is led by the University of Valencia and co-funded by the European Union with €7.2 million under the Digital Europe Programme.
The projects main goal is to empower Europe’s creative future through artificial intelligence.
GreenShift
As a Digital Europe project exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) help accelerate Greener Transport and Mobility, GreenShift combines Advanced Digital Skills with practical, industry-led Innovation to support European Startups, SMEs, Companies, and Public Authorities in designing and deploying smarter, lower-carbon Mobility Solutions aligned with the EU ‘Fit for 55’ Goals.
3DPSTeF - 3D Printing for Sustainable Textiles and Fabrics
The 3DP STeF project advances sustainable innovation in the textile and manufacturing sectors by upskilling and reskilling VET and university students through additive manufacturing (3D printing). Targeting fields such as fashion, textiles, interior design, architecture, and engineering, it promotes the green and digital transition by developing educational paths for sustainable digital skills.
ARISE - Advanced Realities for Cultural Innovation in Europe
ARISE aims to enhance the quality of EU higher education in immersive technologies, particularly Extended Reality (XR). It plans to implement a double-degree master’s programme in Human-Computer Interaction and Design focusing on Extended Reality, with specialisations aligning with the strategic development of advanced, green, and efficient immersive systems
Phortify
Phortify is a central hub linking Europe’s top photonics educators and industry, offering harmonised, high-quality training and certifications.
They provide Master Graduate Programmes as well as Self-standing modules.
3D-Circular
3D-CIRCULAR aims to create a next-generation educational and certification ecosystem supporting the EU’s green and digital transition. It focuses on developing innovative master-level and doctoral programmes, as well as modular learning components, promoting interdisciplinary skills for the circular and digital economy.
Upraise
UPRAISE aims to address the growing need for advanced interdisciplinary digital skills in the Virtual Worlds economy by delivering innovative education and training programs. The workforce includes expertise in XR, AI, Digital Twins, while integrating sustainability, ethics, and entrepreneurship.
AI4GREENDEAL
This project responds to the need to reduce emissions, improve energy efficiency, and accelerate the integration of renewable energy sources, by developing and delivering a 120 ECTS double degree Master’s programme that combines energy expertise with data, AI, and entrepreneurship skills.
