DIS4SME

Mayte Toscano – DIS4SME project-OGC

Durng DIS4ME, continuous monitoring of enrolments, learner demographics, and feedback allowed the team to identify which channels and messages were most effective. This data-driven approach informed the adjustment of communication timing, content, and target audiences across training rounds.

The challenge?

The main challenge is that their is real difficulty measuring which channels or messages are most effective and with which audiences.

Our solution

Mandatory end-of-course surveys were implemented to assess the impact of learning both on students’ individual competencies and on their organisations’ digital transformation. Analytics dashboards were also used to track recruitment and participation cycles.

Outcomes

100%

of courses include active evaluation surveys.

Key takeaways

Keep questionnaires short and use predefined options for easier participation.
