HPC SPECTRA

Training of European High-Performance Computing (HPC) users is of utmost importance to maximise the exploitation of the highly ambitious investments in research and infrastructure of the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking (JU) roadmap.

HPC SPECTRA addresses two timely challenges of EuroHPC JU’s training strategy:

  1. Developing an innovative EuroHPC Training Platform
  2. Co-organising the International HPC Summer School (IHPCSS) editions of 2024 and 2025

HPCTRAIN provides 200 professional traineeships of 3-6 months to young professionals in HPC. The project matches interested trainees with training opportunities, and also contribute to enhancing career opportunities and digital skills. These actions help bridge the skills gap and foster industry collaboration
