LEADS organised a workshop on “Best practices for aligning higher education curricula to ADS dynamic demand”, on 27 March 2023.
During the workshop, there were interesting discussions about the needs and implications of Advanced Digital Skills for industry, as well as the difficulties that Higher Education Institutions (HEI) face.
Some points of action, such as the need for a strategic plan for universities regarding new academic contents, teacher’s needs and research directions that were driven by the corresponding industry strategic plans on ADS were highlighted. Long-term agreements between universities and companies regarding ADS were other issues that arose during the debate.
