Digital skills demand and supply scoping

In order to scope the demand analysis, LeADS will use the survey methods through a combination of primary and secondary data sources such as IDC market data, global and regional surveys and publicly available statistical data, and market intellignece from IDCs annual Global Skills Survey. Supply mapping will be based on the LeADS taxonomy for roles, and skills in both Higher Education and VET domains.

The survey will collect primary data from complementing the existing sources and for further iteration and improvement of data, in particular for dimensions such as detailed skill distribution, skill per role, and expectations on future advanced digital skills. The survey will thereby be one of the foundations for the demand and supply forecasting model, together with the sources mentioned above.
